Lee Tyler Post is a National Touring Artist whose style is a mix of Brown-Eyed Soul, Roots Rock, Americana & Southern Blues. His lyrics convey stories of everyday people. The San Diego Troubadour wrote, “…Post’s sound is as much Springsteen and Van Morrison as it is Otis Redding and Al Green: blue-collar heartland grit mixed with Motor City soul…” Lee calls it “Rock ‘N’ Soul.”
Originally from San Diego, CA, Post got started on his musical journey in the mid 90's opening for Bands: Missing Persons, Blink 182 and Steppenwolf (among others). Over the years Lee has released 6 studio albums. Appeared on numerous TV & Radio Shows nation-wide.
Lee has lived in some of the finest music cities in America; Austin, Nashville, Seattle, Los Angeles and Asheville, NC to name a few. He was tagged "The Gypsy Troubadour" for his intense cross-country Tour schedule. Performing 200+ shows a year - driving all the miles himself. And has spent the better part of the past 15-yrs living on the road. His live shows have been described as “passionate, powerful and moving.” His down-to-earth on-stage persona complements his dynamic voice and electrifying shows.
Lee is currently on Tour in the Low Country of SC, where he performs as The LTP Duo/Trio Featuring Anton Ross on Saxophone and Spike Ivory on Drums. He is currently recording his next full-length release "Wreckage Of Love".

Lee Tyler Post Press Reviews:
--"... think of a wittier and more inventive Bob Seger ..." - Weekly Planet, Tampa FL
-“Throw the imagio of Johnny Cash, the vocal clarity of Edwin McCain, and Dylan-esque lyrics, and you're just scratching the surface ” — Michael Shear of the New York Overview
--Inside of the first 30 seconds of listening, Emancipate is already one of my favorite records! Here are ten beautiful gems in the form of expertly rendered songs sung by a guy with one of those voices that burns so sweetly from the spirit within — that place where God and sex share the same space. Post’s big, big urgent voice is parked somewhere between the rough growls of Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam) and the soulful pleas of Eddie Kendricks (Temptations) whom we all know, knew, and came to love. -- Enaicpate Review - Frederick Leonard - San Diego Troubadour
--"...Lee Tyler Post has a voice that will stop you in your tracks. And after the song is over, you either need to go back and listen again, or take a minute to recover. Soul-searing vocals and just damn good music..." - Mother Hen Productions - Los Angeles, CA
--"...Lee is clearly in a league with the greats like Van Morrisson, Bruce Springsteen, The Allman Brothers, Eric Clapton, etc. And he's one of the nicest people I've been fortunate to meet. Somebody should make him famous, Or at least rich!!!..." Six Degrees with Carol 91.9 WNTI Radio - NJ
--Though the songs Lee croons are definitely not jazz (& there is NOTHING wrong with that - we all need a change of pace once in a while), they are filled with the kind of raw soul and lyrical power many of us in this country grew up on! I hear snatches of singers like Gregg Allman, Springsteen, even a taste of Dylan at his zenith. His all-original compositions speak to every one of us... our foibles, intrigues, joys & pains, and they do it without coming across (in the least) as "cry in yer' beer" cheapos. - Emancipate Review By ImproviJAZZationNation Magazine -
--"...heart-wrenching ballads that are guaranteed to hit a personal note. I got goose-bumps just listening to his myspace on my laptop the first time I clicked him in to my world… and LIVE, oh good lord. That's a WOW…" - Belinda Humphries of IndustryMag.Net - Greenville, SC
--"...Post's sound is as much "the Boss" (Springsteen) and Van Morrison as it is Otis Redding and Al Green: blue-collar heartland grit mixed with Motor City soul..." - The San Diego Troubadour
